This prabhandham becomes to be famouslyknown as prapanna gAyathri and emperumAnAr also instructs allsrIvaishNavas to recite this prabhandham atleast once every daysimilar to gAyathri japam being mandatorily recited everyday by theones who have undergone brahmOpadhEsam (the ones who wear theyagyOpavItham – sacred thread).
